Shopping for insurance is not fun, however Deena Sanchez at America Family made the process actually pleasant. I have spoken to five different agencies today, and she was by far the best experience. Recently was told I needed to find new insurance for my new driver. I called everywhere with no luck until I stumbled upon Ben and Deena. Unfortunately it was out of my budget but they were more than willing to go above and beyond to check any other quote I received to make sure I wasn’t getting myself in a sticky situation later on. Kyle, Deena and Kristi are an outstanding team. I had been with Allstate for years when I met Kyle. To my surprise I was under insured, and paying too much for the coverage I had. Kyle and Deena took the time to explain and talk about the coverages offered and brought up important questions that I hadn't ever thought about. It seemed to me like it was a no brainer because in my case, I was getting much better coverage for less money. So I made the switch.

Fast forward a year later and I found myself involved in pretty serious accident. Kyle was helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get my claim started. Because up until that point, I hadn't had to do anything more than a comprehensive claim. I was truly dreading the claims process because I had heard horror stories of dealing with insurance companies. Fortunately, AmFam was on top of it. They were easy to communicate with and they came to a fair resolution in a very timely manner. It was easy and stress free because Ashby Agency and Associates took the time to make sure I was adequately covered for the very thing I hoped would never happen.
